  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pediatric hospitalist practice at our Downtown Orlando location.
  2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the practice.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to pediatric patients.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to the practice team, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  5. Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  7. Develop and manage the practice budget, including forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
  8. Recruit, train, and supervise new staff members as needed.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  10. Act as a liaison between the practice and other departments within the healthcare organization.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the practice.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any concerns or issues related to practice operations.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the pediatric hospitalist program.
  14. Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to improve practice efficiency.
  15. Represent the practice in meetings and conferences with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Operational Processes And Procedures Within A Hospital Setting, Specifically In The Pediatric Department.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Strategic Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Management To Ensure Efficient And Effective Operations.
