  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Lead and oversee compliance training programs for employees at all levels.
  4. Serve as a resource for employees regarding compliance and ethics concerns.
  5. Investigate and address potential compliance violations and develop corrective action plans.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
  7. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to healthcare compliance.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and auditors.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and the Board of Directors on compliance efforts.
  10. Foster a culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organization.
  11. Provide guidance and support to the Compliance & Ethics team, promoting professional development and growth.
  12. Ensure all compliance-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  13. Identify and mitigate compliance risks within the organization.
  14. Conduct internal audits and investigations as needed.
  15. Act as a liaison between the organization and external regulatory agencies.
  16. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into the organization's compliance program.
  17. Handle any other duties or projects related to compliance and ethics, as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Law, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance And Ethics Management

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa, Stark Law, And False Claims Act

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills

  • Certification In Compliance And Ethics, Such As Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (Ccep) Or Certified In Healthcare Compliance (Chc)
