- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches to provide effective therapy to patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the mental health field.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for patients to share their thoughts and feelings.
- Monitor and track patient progress throughout the course of therapy.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when working with patients.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the licensing board.
- Continuously work on professional development and seek out opportunities for growth.
- Provide support and guidance to patients in crisis or during difficult times.
- Act as an advocate for mental health awareness and destigmatization within the community.
Master's Degree In Social Work, Counseling, Or Psychology.
Active And Valid License In The State Of Florida As A Mental Health Therapist.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Providing Mental Health Therapy To Patients In A Clinical Setting.
Proficiency In Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Communicate Effectively With Patients And Their Families.
