- Develop and implement educational programs and materials for hospital staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to ensure the educational programs are relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and department heads to identify training needs and create appropriate learning solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on various topics related to healthcare and hospital operations.
- Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to engage and educate staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Continuously review and update educational materials to ensure they are accurate and reflect current policies and procedures.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to staff who require additional assistance.
- Maintain records of training activities and attendance for reporting purposes.
- Foster a positive learning culture within the hospital by promoting the importance of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with outside vendors and organizations to provide additional learning opportunities for staff.
- Participate in departmental and hospital-wide meetings and initiatives to further enhance staff learning and development.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, when developing and delivering educational programs.
A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Education, Instructional Design, Or Psychology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Or Teaching/Training.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Adult Learning Theory And Principles.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Teams And Build Relationships With Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Using Learning Management Systems And Instructional Technology Tools.
