Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Learning Specialist I - Rn Nurse Educator At Orlando Health Must Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure: Candidates For The Position Must Have A Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Florida.

  • Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Teaching Or Education Role.

  • Training And Education Experience: The Learning Specialist I - Rn Nurse Educator Must Have Experience In Designing, Developing, And Delivering Educational Programs And Training For Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Teaching Principles And Methods: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Various Teaching Methods To Effectively Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals. Experience With Simulation-Based Training Is Preferred.
