  1. Develop and implement training programs: The Learning Specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals at Orlando Health Physician Associates.
  2. Conduct training sessions: The Learning Specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and existing team members, covering topics related to behavioral and endocrine health.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals: The Learning Specialist will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to identify training needs and create customized programs to address those needs.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: The Learning Specialist will continuously research and stay informed on industry trends and best practices in behavioral and endocrine health, and incorporate them into training programs.
  5. Evaluate training effectiveness: The Learning Specialist will regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and make necessary improvements to ensure continuous improvement.

  10. Represent Orlando Health Physician Associates: The Learning Specialist will represent Orlando Health Physician Associates in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with external partners and vendors involved in training initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Children And Adolescents In A Behavioral Health Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Behavioral And Endocrine Disorders And Treatment Modalities.

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills.
