- Develop and implement effective and engaging learning strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant learning materials.
- Use instructional design principles to design and develop high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and job aids.
- Continuously evaluate and update existing training materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
- Utilize adult learning principles to create a positive and engaging learning experience for employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate learning and adult education.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify and address any training and development gaps.
- Monitor and track employee participation and completion of training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training materials, attendance, and evaluations.
- Communicate regularly with employees and management to promote and encourage participation in learning and development opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees regarding learning and development initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Participate in regular meetings and trainings to stay informed about organizational updates and changes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Corporate Staffing And Recruitment.
Knowledge Of Learning And Development Principles And Best Practices.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Hris Systems.
