  1. Develop and implement effective and engaging learning strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant learning materials.
  3. Use instructional design principles to design and develop high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and job aids.
  4. Continuously evaluate and update existing training materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
  5. Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
  6. Utilize adult learning principles to create a positive and engaging learning experience for employees.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate learning and adult education.
  8. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
  9. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify and address any training and development gaps.
  11. Monitor and track employee participation and completion of training programs.
  12. Maintain accurate records of training materials, attendance, and evaluations.
  13. Communicate regularly with employees and management to promote and encourage participation in learning and development opportunities.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees regarding learning and development initiatives.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  16. Participate in regular meetings and trainings to stay informed about organizational updates and changes.
  17. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Corporate Staffing And Recruitment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Hris Systems.
