- Perform all radiology procedures with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to hospital and department protocols.
- Train and oversee a team of radiology technologists, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all radiology equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality imaging services to patients.
- Monitor and maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and consistent results.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in radiology and implement them in daily practice.
- Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Certification And Licensure: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold A Valid Certification And Licensure As A Radiology Technologist In The State Of Florida. They Should Also Have Advanced Certifications In Specialized Areas Such As Mri, Ct, Or Mammography.
Leadership Experience: A Lead Radiology Technologist Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Hospital Setting. They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Technologists.
Knowledge Of Radiology Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Types Of Radiology Procedures, Including X-Rays, Mri, Ct Scans, And Ultrasound. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Technology And Equipment Used In Radiology.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Lead Radiology Technologist Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Positive Relationships With Their Team And Other Departments.
