  2. Label, organize, and transport blood samples to the laboratory for testing.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all blood samples collected.
  4. Prepare and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
  5. Follow established laboratory protocols and procedures for sample collection and handling.
  6. Interact with patients in a professional and compassionate manner, ensuring their comfort and well-being during the blood collection process.
  7. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and provide updates on blood sample collection and testing.
  8. Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  9. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, notifying appropriate personnel when items need to be restocked or replaced.
  10. Stay current with industry developments and techniques related to phlebotomy and patient care.
  11. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification Or Licensure As A Phlebotomist Through A Recognized Program Or Accrediting Agency.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Basic Laboratory Procedures, Including Proper Handling And Processing Of Specimens.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Laboratory Staff.

  • Ability To Maintain A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail, While Following Established Protocols And Safety Procedures.
