  1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for various IT projects within Orlando Health.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  3. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  4. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  5. Conduct thorough project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project risks.
  6. Oversee the procurement process for necessary IT resources and equipment needed for project execution.
  7. Monitor and track project expenses and provide regular budget reports to management.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to support project goals and objectives.
  9. Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to Orlando Health’s standards and policies.
  10. Mentor and guide project team members, providing support and direction as needed to achieve project objectives.
  11. Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance project management efficiency.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for innovation within Orlando Health’s IT infrastructure.
  13. Adhere to project management best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among project team members.
  15. Represent Orlando Health’s mission and values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Pmp Certification Or Equivalent Project Management Certification.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle (Sdlc) And Experience With Agile Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
