  1. Manage and maintain all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of all systems.
  3. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
  4. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Ensure all systems are up-to-date and in compliance with industry standards.
  6. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues.
  7. Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades on all IT systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate the organization's IT infrastructure to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for new technology solutions.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  12. Train and mentor other IT team members and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  13. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on IT infrastructure projects and maintenance.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure, Server Administration, And Virtualization Technologies.

  • Experience With Managing And Troubleshooting Various Operating Systems, Including Windows And Linux.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
