Job Description

We are currently seeking an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist to join our team and help support the growth and development of our youngest patients. As a specialist in this role, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and interventions for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.   1. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
  3. Provide developmental interventions and therapy services to promote growth and development.
  4. Collaborate with families to educate and involve them in their child's care.
  5. Communicate and consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  7. Stay current with research and advances in the field of infant and toddler development.
  8. Attend team meetings and provide input on patient progress and treatment plans.
  9. Monitor and document progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  10. Advocate for the needs of infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
  11. Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  13. Provide emotional support and guidance to families navigating the challenges of caring for a child with developmental delays or disabilities.
  14. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Infants And Toddlers In A Developmental Setting.

  • Certification As An Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist Or Early Intervention Specialist.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Child Development Theories And Best Practices For Infants And Toddlers.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Families And A Multidisciplinary Team To Support The Child's Development.
