  1. Provide specialized care and support for infants and toddlers with developmental needs.
  2. Develop individualized plans to promote healthy growth and development for each patient.
  3. Conduct developmental assessments and create progress reports for patients.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
  5. Educate and provide guidance to parents and caregivers on child development and care techniques.
  6. Create a nurturing and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
  7. Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated on the latest research in infant and toddler development.
  8. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals.
  11. Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations.
  12. Continuously strive for professional development and growth in the field of infant and toddler development.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide input on patient care.
  14. Show compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
  15. Represent Orlando Health with a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of Bachelor's Degree In Early Childhood Education Or A Related Field, Such As Child Development Or Psychology.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working Directly With Infants And Toddlers In A Childcare Or Educational Setting.

  • Certification Or Training In Infant Toddler Development, Such As The Infant Toddler Credential Or The Infant Toddler Specialist Certificate.

  • Knowledge Of Child Development Theories And Best Practices For Promoting Healthy Physical, Cognitive, And Emotional Development In Infants And Toddlers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Parents, Caregivers, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Support The Overall Well-Being Of Infants And Toddlers.
