1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
2. Monitor and assess patient vital signs and condition, and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
3. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
5. Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans.
6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
