As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and efficiency of our facilities.   1. Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on all HVAC systems within the Orlando Health facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  3. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards while performing HVAC maintenance and repair work.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed on HVAC systems.
  5. Respond to emergency HVAC service calls in a timely manner and provide quick and effective solutions.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the Corporate Facilities Management team to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for HVAC systems.
  7. Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care and use of all tools and equipment.
  10. Communicate effectively with colleagues, superiors, and external contractors to coordinate HVAC service and repairs.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to all Orlando Health employees, patients, and visitors.
  13. Train and mentor new HVAC technicians as needed.
  14. Continuously look for ways to improve HVAC system efficiency and reduce energy costs.
  15. Represent Orlando Health in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Hvac Maintenance And Repair.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Diagnostics.

  • Possess A Valid Hvac Technician License And/Or Certification.

  • Familiarity With Local Building Codes And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
