  1. Greet and welcome patients, their families, and visitors to Orlando Health with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
  3. Assist patients with check-in and registration processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the hospital.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to provide necessary information and updates.
  7. Follow proper protocols and procedures when handling confidential patient information.
  8. Assist in coordinating patient appointments, transportation, and other necessary arrangements.
  9. Support patients' emotional and physical needs by providing comfort and assistance during their hospital stay.
  10. Collaborate with other hospital support specialists to ensure the overall satisfaction of patients and their families.
  11. Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on hospital policies and procedures.
  12. Serve as a resource for patients and their families, providing information on hospital services and resources available.
  13. Adhere to patient safety protocols and report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
