  1. Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with our mission and support the overall goals of the organization.
  2. Work closely with various departments and leadership to identify training needs and develop training plans for staff.
  3. Oversee the orientation process for new employees to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our organization and their role within it.
  4. Conduct ongoing training and development sessions for current employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare education to continuously improve our programs.
  6. Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure that all staff are trained on the latest procedures and protocols.
  7. Manage and evaluate the performance of the educational staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with outside educational institutions and organizations to provide opportunities for continuous learning for our staff.
  9. Monitor and track training compliance to ensure that all staff are meeting required training standards.
  10. Act as a resource for staff, providing support and guidance on educational and training needs.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the organization and external regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with educational requirements.
  12. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new educational staff members.
  13. Develop and manage the budget for the education department.
  14. Communicate with employees, managers, and other stakeholders about education and training initiatives and updates.
  15. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Education, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Education, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Overseeing A Team Of Educators.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Joint Commission And Cms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
