Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution: A Bsn Is The Minimum Educational Requirement For A Graduate Nurse Position At Orlando Health. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice, Preparing Candidates For The Rigorous Demands Of Working In A Surgical Pcu.

  • Current Licensure As A Registered Nurse (Rn) In The State Of Florida: A Valid Rn License Is Required For All Nursing Positions At Orlando Health. This Ensures That Candidates Have Successfully Passed The National Council Licensure Examination (Nclex) And Have Met All State Requirements For Nursing Practice.

  • Clinical Experience In A Surgical Setting: Previous Experience In A Surgical Pcu Or Operating Room (Or) Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Includes Experience With Surgical Procedures, Post-Operative Care, And Management Of Complex Surgical Patients.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Graduate Nurse Requires Effective Communication With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams. Candidates Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
