1. Oversee the successful transition of new graduate nurses into the organization.
2. Collaborate with nursing staff and leadership team to develop and implement orientation and training programs for new graduate nurses.
3. Serve as a mentor and resource for new graduate nurses, providing guidance and support as they navigate their first year of practice.
4. Conduct regular check-ins with new graduate nurses to assess their progress and address any concerns or challenges they may be facing.
5. Coordinate with unit managers to ensure new graduate nurses are adequately supported and integrated into their assigned units.

7. Assist in the evaluation and selection process for new graduate nurses, including participating in interviews and reviewing resumes.

9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to new graduate nurse programs and make recommendations for improvement.
