- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients.

- Collaborate with other members of the genetics team to improve processes and enhance patient care.

- Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards related to genetic counseling.
- Continuously evaluate and improve counseling techniques and strategies.
Master's Degree In Genetic Counseling From An Accredited Program.
Certification By The American Board Of Genetic Counseling (Abgc) Or The American Board Of Medical Genetics (Abmg).
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience In Genetic Counseling, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Genetics, Genetic Testing, And Counseling Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Empathize And Connect With Patients And Their Families.
