  1. Manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for patients and visitors.
  2. Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  3. Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  6. Process patient payments and insurance information accurately and efficiently.
  7. Provide administrative support to healthcare providers and staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  9. Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Train and mentor new front office assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate communication and coordination.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
  13. Handle difficult or challenging situations with patients or visitors in a calm and professional manner.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve front office processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  15. Attend training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  17. Keep up-to-date with all company and industry updates and changes.
  18. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
