- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facility by completing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Train and lead a team of floor techs, including scheduling, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues.
- Develop and maintain cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and team members to coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients, families, and staff.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures and regulations.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to requests and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Extensive Experience In Floor Care: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Floor Care, Including Knowledge Of Various Cleaning Techniques, Equipment, And Products Used In A Healthcare Setting.
Skilled Nursing Facility Knowledge: A Solid Understanding Of The Unique Needs And Regulations Of Skilled Nursing Facilities Is Crucial For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Infection Control Protocols, Safety Procedures, And Resident Care Practices.
Leadership Skills: As A Training Lead, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Training A Team Of Floor Technicians. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Ensure That The Team Is Meeting Quality Standards.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Residents, And Other Healthcare Staff.
Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Ensure That All Areas Of The Facility Are Clean And Well-Maintained. This Includes Being Able To Identify And Address Any Potential Safety Hazards Or Maintenance Issues.
