We are looking for a self-motivated and compassionate individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in financial counseling or a similar role.   11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the financial counseling process.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards when handling patient financial information.
  13. Provide support and guidance to patients throughout the entire financial counseling process.
  14. Act as a liaison between patients and insurance companies to resolve any financial issues or disputes.
  15. Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely billing for patients.
