
Facility Development Project Manager

- Lead and manage all aspects of facility development projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the best approaches and solutions for various facility development projects.
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and other relevant information to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project policies, procedures, and best practices to improve project delivery and efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Mentor and train junior project management staff to ensure the development of their skills and knowledge.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in facility development to continuously improve project delivery.
- Collaborate with the finance department to monitor project budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry
Knowledge Of Local And State Building Codes And Regulations
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Project Team And Stakeholders
Experience With Budgeting, Scheduling, And Contract Negotiations For Large-Scale Construction Projects
