  1. Manage the schedules of executive leadership team members by organizing and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.
  2. Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  4. Screen phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication for executives and respond appropriately.
  5. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as needed.
  6. Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, handling inquiries and requests efficiently.
  7. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for executives.
  8. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
  9. Conduct research and gather information as needed for executive projects.
  10. Work closely with other members of the administrative team to ensure seamless support for the executive team.
  11. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any potential scheduling conflicts or issues.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the executive team.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and following ethical guidelines.

Job Qualifications
