  1. Analyze and evaluate current healthcare processes and identify areas for improvement using EPIC software.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into EPIC system requirements.
  3. Implement EPIC software and ensure its functionality meets the organization's needs.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any technical issues with EPIC software.
  5. Train and support end-users on how to effectively utilize EPIC software to optimize healthcare processes.
  6. Monitor and maintain the performance and integrity of EPIC software, implementing updates and enhancements as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in EPIC software to continuously improve and enhance the organization's use of the system.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials, to ensure proper use and understanding of EPIC software.
  9. Collaborate with EPIC vendors and other external parties to resolve any technical issues or implement new features.
  10. Conduct regular audits and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  11. Participate in team meetings, providing input and recommendations for improving EPIC software and healthcare processes.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on EPIC software implementation and maintenance.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for EPIC software, providing guidance and support to team members and end-users.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With The Epic Electronic Medical Record System.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Operations, Including Clinical Workflows And Revenue Cycle Management.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Data Analysis Tools.

  • Epic Certification In At Least One Module, Such As Ambulatory, Inpatient, Or Revenue Cycle.
