  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues or concerns.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with management and HR teams to develop and implement strategies for promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  5. Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  6. Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise on any necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Facilitate training and workshops on employee relations topics to promote a positive workplace culture.
  9. Develop and maintain ERBP resources, such as policies, procedures, and templates.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues before they escalate.
  11. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records.
  12. Represent the organization in unemployment hearings and other legal proceedings related to employee relations matters.
  13. Provide guidance and support during mergers, acquisitions, or other organizational changes to promote a smooth transition for employees.
  14. Foster a culture of open communication and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve employee relations processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Title Vii.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Conversations And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Strategies And Programs To Promote A Positive And Inclusive Work Culture.
