  1. Perform accurate and timely echo vascular procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  2. Utilize knowledge and expertise to properly position patients, select appropriate equipment settings, and adjust imaging parameters for optimal image acquisition.
  3. Interpret and analyze diagnostic images to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions.
  4. Maintain proper documentation and records of all procedures performed.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and standards to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  6. Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and techniques in the field of echo vascular sonography.
  9. Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervising physicians to provide accurate and timely information.
  11. Demonstrate professionalism and a strong commitment to ethical standards.
  12. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the cardiovascular department.
  14. Attend and actively participate in relevant meetings and training sessions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or Related Field.

  • Certification As A Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (Rdcs) By The American Registry For Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ardms).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Echo Vascular Sonographer In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.

  • Proficiency In Performing And Interpreting Echocardiograms, Vascular Ultrasounds, And Stress Tests.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients And A Multidisciplinary Team.
