• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of essential medical supplies to all Orlando Health facilities
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure the best value for Orlando Health
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and finance teams, to understand supply needs and forecast demand
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain management
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for supply chain processes
