- Hire, train, and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations to promote and market rehabilitation services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the rehabilitation department, implementing necessary changes to improve efficiency and quality of care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to rehabilitation services.

Relevant Education And Experience: A Director Of Rehabilitation At Orlando Health Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Or Speech Therapy. They Should Also Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Rehabilitation Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
