Bachelor's Degree In Cytotechnology Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Certification As A Cytotechnologist From The American Society Of Clinical Pathology (Ascp).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Cytotechnologist In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Regulations And Quality Standards, Including Clia And Cap.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
