  4. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
  5. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families during difficult situations.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any issues or complaints from patients or their families.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of Orlando Health's services and policies to provide accurate information to patients.
  8. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  9. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and provide feedback to management.
  10. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  11. Adhere to all patient confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills.
  13. Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
