  1. Operate and maintain CT equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  2. Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
  3. Follow established protocols and procedures to obtain accurate and precise images.
  4. Monitor patients during the procedure to ensure their well-being and report any adverse reactions to medical staff.
  5. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze CT images for diagnostic purposes.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and procedures performed.
  7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
  8. Educate patients on the procedure and answer any questions they may have.
  9. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  10. Keep up-to-date with advancements in CT technology and techniques through continuing education and training.
  11. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients and their families.
  12. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  15. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Ct Technologist: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Valid Certification As A Ct Technologist From A Recognized Institution Or Organization.

  • Prior Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Ct Technologist In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred. This Experience Should Include Operating Various Ct Equipment And Performing Diagnostic Procedures.

  • Knowledge Of Advanced Imaging Techniques: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Advanced Imaging Techniques Such As Ct Angiography, Perfusion Imaging, And 3D Reconstruction.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Ct Technologist, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Accurately Capture And Interpret Images. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Observational Skills And The Ability To Recognize Potential Issues Or Abnormalities In Images.

  • Team Player: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively In A Team Environment. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide Quality Patient Care.
