- Provide direct patient care: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. This includes assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and helping with mobility.
- Monitor patient well-being: It will be your responsibility to monitor and report any changes in a patient's condition to the supervising nurse. This includes taking vital signs, observing for any signs of discomfort or distress, and reporting any concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain patient hygiene: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for patients. This includes changing bed linens, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring that patient rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with daily activities: CNAs are responsible for helping patients with daily activities such as eating, walking, and exercising. You will also assist with range of motion exercises and other rehabilitation activities as directed by the supervising nurse or therapist.
- Adhere to safety protocols: It is your responsibility to follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. This includes following proper infection control practices, using appropriate lifting techniques, and reporting any safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Document patient care: Accurate and timely documentation of patient care is a critical responsibility of CNAs. This includes recording vital signs, changes in patient condition, and any interventions provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: CNAs work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, therapists, and doctors. It is your responsibility to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to provide the best possible care for patients.

Prior Experience: At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience As A Cna In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.
Basic Medical Knowledge And Skills: Candidates Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Basic Medical Terminology And Procedures, As Well As The Ability To Perform Tasks Such As Taking Vital Signs, Assisting With Activities Of Daily Living, And Providing Basic Care To Patients.
