- Coordinate and manage various clinical research studies in accordance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with physicians and researchers to ensure the successful execution of research protocols.
- Develop and maintain study timelines, budgets, and recruitment plans.
- Act as a liaison between the study team, participants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct participant screenings and enroll eligible participants into studies.
- Collect and maintain accurate and complete study data and records.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including FDA, IRB, and HIPAA.
- Prepare and submit study-related documents, such as protocols, consent forms, and progress reports.
- Maintain communication with study sponsors and provide updates on study progress.
- Perform study-related procedures, such as administering study medications and conducting study visits.
- Monitor participant safety and report any adverse events or protocol deviations.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of grant proposals and budgets.
- Train and mentor new staff members and provide ongoing support to colleagues.
- Stay current with developments in the field of clinical research and attend relevant training and educational opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives for the clinical research program.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Health Sciences, Or Nursing.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Assistant Role.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Work With Various Stakeholders.
Certification As A Clinical Research Coordinator (Crc) Through The Association Of Clinical Research Professionals (Acrp) Or Society Of Clinical Research Associates (Socra).
