1. Coordinate and manage various clinical research studies in accordance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
2. Work closely with physicians and researchers to ensure the successful execution of research protocols.
3. Develop and maintain study timelines, budgets, and recruitment plans.
4. Act as a liaison between the study team, participants, and other healthcare professionals.
5. Conduct participant screenings and enroll eligible participants into studies.

11. Monitor participant safety and report any adverse events or protocol deviations.
12. Assist with the preparation and submission of grant proposals and budgets.
13. Train and mentor new staff members and provide ongoing support to colleagues.
14. Stay current with developments in the field of clinical research and attend relevant training and educational opportunities.
15. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives for the clinical research program.
