1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical research studies, including recruitment, screening, and enrollment of participants.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed study records, including participant data and study documentation.
4. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement study protocols.
5. Communicate regularly with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and institutional review boards.
6. Educate and train study staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulations.
7. Monitor and report adverse events to appropriate parties.
8. Assist with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
9. Coordinate and oversee study visits and procedures.
10. Ensure the safety and well-being of study participants at all times.
11. Maintain confidentiality of all study-related information.
12. Participate in the development of research budgets and manage study expenses.
13. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in clinical research.
14. Attend and participate in study team meetings and trainings.
15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all study protocols and procedures.
16. Act as a liaison between study team members, participants, and other healthcare providers.
17. Provide support and guidance to other study staff as needed.
18. Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines for conducting research.
19. Ensure the timely completion and submission of all study-related documents and reports.
