  1. Collaborate with research team to develop and implement research protocols.
  2. Assist in the recruitment and screening of potential study participants.
  3. Coordinate and schedule study visits and procedures for participants.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of study data and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  5. Communicate effectively with study participants, healthcare providers, and other team members.
  6. Assist in obtaining informed consent from study participants.
  7. Serve as a resource for study participants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  8. Ensure study procedures are conducted according to protocol and regulatory requirements.
  9. Collaborate with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for study approvals and amendments.
  10. Monitor and track study progress and provide regular updates to the research team.
  11. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of study participants.
  12. Ensure proper storage and handling of study materials and data.
  13. Assist in data analysis and preparation of study reports.
  14. Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on advancements in the field of clinical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Health-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Public Health.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Research, Including Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And International Conference On Harmonization (Ich) Guidelines.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals And Research Staff.
