- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement in patient care and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Analyze data and identify trends to develop strategies for enhancing patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Train and educate staff on quality improvement processes and procedures.
- Serve as a resource for staff and provide guidance on quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management to promote a culture of quality and safety.
- Participate in interdisciplinary committees and task forces to address quality and safety issues.
- Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and update quality improvement processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to benchmark and share best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of current healthcare trends and developments related to quality improvement.
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families by addressing their concerns and promoting a patient-centered approach to care.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of patient satisfaction and implement strategies to improve patient experience.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all aspects of job performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Quality Role, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies And Tools, Such As Lean Six Sigma.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Identify Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Healthcare Professionals And Present Findings To Leadership.
