- Coordinate and manage various clinical programs to ensure high-quality care is delivered to patients.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, staff, and community partners to identify areas for program improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Monitor program progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements related to clinical programs.
- Train and educate staff on program protocols and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of quality care.
- Develop and maintain program budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in program evaluation and make recommendations for improvements.
- Act as a liaison between clinical program staff and other departments within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to program activities.
- Provide support and guidance to program staff, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance concerns.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to clinical programs and make recommendations for program enhancements.
- Represent the organization at community events and promote awareness of clinical programs.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Public Health.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Clinical Or Program Coordination Role.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams, Patients, And External Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Joint Commission Or Cms, And Experience With Quality Improvement Initiatives.
