Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited College Of Pharmacy
Current And Active State Licensure As A Pharmacist In Florida
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Pharmacy Experience In A Hospital Setting
Board Certification In A Relevant Specialty Such As Pharmacotherapy Or Ambulatory Care
