  1. Provide direct patient care: The Clinical Nurse Specialist, LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and assisting with procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Lpn License Issued By The State Of Florida, Ensuring They Meet The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Practice As An Lpn.

  • Clinical Experience In Neurosurgery: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Neurosurgery Setting, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Skills In This Specialized Area Of Nursing.

  • Specialized Certification: A Clinical Nurse Specialist, Lpn - Neurosurgery Should Hold Specialized Certifications Such As The Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (Cnrn) Or The Certified Neuroscience Nurse (Cns-Bc).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Working In Neurosurgery Requires Collaboration With A Multidisciplinary Team, As Well As Effective Communication With Patients And Their Families. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Excel In This Role.
