- Provide direct patient care: The Clinical Nurse Specialist, LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and assisting with procedures.
- Develop and implement care plans: The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans for patients in the Neurosurgery department, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Clinical Experience In Neurosurgery: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Neurosurgery Setting, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Skills In This Specialized Area Of Nursing.
Specialized Certification: A Clinical Nurse Specialist, Lpn - Neurosurgery Should Hold Specialized Certifications Such As The Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (Cnrn) Or The Certified Neuroscience Nurse (Cns-Bc).
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Working In Neurosurgery Requires Collaboration With A Multidisciplinary Team, As Well As Effective Communication With Patients And Their Families. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Excel In This Role.
