As a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager for our Cardiac Intervention unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department, while also providing outstanding patient care.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Intervention unit, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the department.
  2. Provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  3. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as regulatory standards and guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to the care plan as needed.
  6. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff, and provide ongoing education and mentorship.
  7. Serve as a resource and role model for best nursing practices, promoting a culture of excellence.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and departmental activities.
  9. Assist in the development and management of departmental budget and resources.
  10. Act as a liaison between the nursing staff and management, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  11. Foster relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure their satisfaction and promote positive patient experiences.
  12. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve processes and enhance patient care outcomes.
  13. Stay up-to-date with current healthcare trends, technologies, and best practices in cardiac nursing.
  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, and promote a culture of safety and patient-centered care.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or hospital administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certification.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Rn License In The State Of Florida.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Cardiac Intervention Or Critical Care Nursing.

  • Leadership Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably As A Charge Nurse Or Team Leader.
