  1. Administer Anesthesia: As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, your primary responsibility will be to administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  2. Patient Assessment: You will be responsible for conducting thorough pre-operative patient assessments, including reviewing medical history, allergies, and current medications, to determine the appropriate anesthesia plan for each patient.
  3. Collaborate with Healthcare Team: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to develop and implement an anesthesia plan that meets the specific needs of each patient.
  4. Monitor Patients: During surgical procedures, you will closely monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to maintain their safety and comfort.
  5. Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, you will be responsible for quickly and effectively responding to any anesthesia-related complications, ensuring the patient's safety and well-being.
  6. Documentation: Accurate and thorough documentation of all anesthesia-related procedures, medications, and patient responses is a crucial responsibility of this role.

Job Qualifications
  • Graduation From An Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program: The Candidate Must Have Completed A Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Nurse Anesthesia From An Accredited Program.

  • Active Crna Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid Certification From The National Board Of Certification And Recertification For Nurse Anesthetists (Nbcrna).

  • Current Rn License In The State Of Florida: The Candidate Must Have An Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Of Florida.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Crna: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

  • Excellent Clinical Skills And Knowledge: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge In Anesthesia Techniques, Pharmacology, And Patient Care. They Should Also Have A Thorough Understanding Of Anesthesia Equipment And Technology.
