- Administer Anesthesia: The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing medical procedures and surgeries. This includes assessing the patient's medical history, monitoring vital signs, and adjusting anesthesia levels as needed.
- Ensure Patient Safety: The CRNA will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patients before, during, and after anesthesia administration. This includes monitoring patients for adverse reactions and responding quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with Medical Team: The CRNA will work closely with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop an appropriate anesthesia plan for each patient. They will also communicate effectively with the medical team during procedures to ensure the patient's comfort and safety.
- Maintain Equipment and Supplies: The CRNA will be responsible for ensuring that all anesthesia equipment is properly maintained and functioning. They will also be in charge of ordering and stocking necessary supplies for anesthesia procedures.
- Educate Patients: The CRNA will be responsible for educating patients and their families about the anesthesia process, potential risks, and post-procedure care. They will also provide instructions for patients to follow before and after their procedures.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Changes: The CRNA will be responsible for staying informed about new developments and changes in the field of anesthesia. They will attend continuing education courses and maintain their certification to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Maintain Accurate Records: The CRNA will be responsible for accurately documenting all anesthesia procedures and patient information in electronic medical records. They will also comply with all legal and ethical standards for patient confidentiality.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certifications.
Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Nurse Anesthesia From An Accredited Program.
Current And Valid Certification As A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Crna) From The National Board Of Certification And Recertification For Nurse Anesthetists (Nbcrna).
Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience As A Crna In A Hospital Or Surgical Setting.
Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.
