1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
2. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

5. Assist with transferring and positioning patients to ensure their comfort and safety.
6. Assist with feeding patients and monitoring their food and fluid intake.
