1. Develop and implement staffing strategies and processes to ensure appropriate staffing levels for all departments within the healthcare system.
2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Centralized Staffing Office, including scheduling, staffing assignments, and staff performance.
3. Collaborate with department managers and human resources to identify staffing needs and address any staffing issues or concerns.
