High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) Certification.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Care Management Or Case Management Role.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Electronic Health Records, And Insurance Policies And Procedures.
