Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) Certification.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Care Management Or Case Management Role.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Electronic Health Records, And Insurance Policies And Procedures.
