- Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures for cardiology services.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Nursing Or A Related Healthcare Field Is Essential For A Cardiology Qa Coordinator As They Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Quality Of Patient Care And Adherence To Industry Standards.
Clinical Experience In Cardiology: Prior Experience Working In A Cardiology Setting, Such As A Cardiac Unit Or Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Is Highly Desired For This Role. This Will Provide The Necessary Clinical Knowledge And Understanding Of Cardiology Procedures And Treatments.
Quality Assurance Experience: Candidates Should Have Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies And The Ability To Develop And Implement Quality Improvement Plans.
