  1. Provide exceptional care to patients in the Cardiac Intervention department.
  2. Collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field of cardiac intervention.
  3. Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
  4. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current RN license.
  5. Perform nursing duties and responsibilities under the direction and supervision of experienced nurses.
  6. Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care planning.
  7. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  11. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  12. Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior at all times.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  14. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and report any concerns to the appropriate parties.
  16. Act as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring their needs are met.
  17. Stay informed about current trends and advancements in the field of cardiac intervention.
  18. Attend departmental meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  19. Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
  20. Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Florida

  • Acls And Bls Certification

  • Experience In A Cardiac Care Setting, Preferably In An Interventional Cardiology Unit

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure
