Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management Or Related Field.
Certified Tumor Registrar (Ctr) Certification From The National Cancer Registrars Association (Ncra).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Cancer Registrar In A Hospital Or Cancer Center Setting.
Knowledge Of Icd-O Coding, Tnm Staging, And Other Cancer Registry Coding Guidelines.
Proficiency In Cancer Registry Software, Such As Coc Datalinks Or Elekta Mosaiq.
